Estimated Delivery Times
- All of the orders are fulfilled by trusted suppliers located within Europe.
- Products are shipped directly from these suppliers to our customers.
- Estimated delivery times range from 4 to 20 business days (we try our best to get your products to you as soon as possible), depending on the destination country, product availability and shipping company.
- Customers will be notified if delivery is expected to exceed the stated timeframe (rarely the case).
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout page before you confirm and pay for your order (there are no hidden fees).
- For most cases, promotional free shipping would apply.
- Any additional customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Geographic Coverage
We (Junubgames) only deliver to customers located in the European Union currently, with a primary focus on:
- Spain.
- Italy.
- Germany.
- France.
Orders outside these regions may not be accepted at this time.
Handling of Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is lost in transit, please email us at [email protected]. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund (per your choice).
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos and a video of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional or hidden cost to you. Our customers’ satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
