- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged, just as received initially.
- You are responsible for all costs related to return shipping, unless the item is delivered faulty or incorrect.
Refund Timelines
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days (after receiving, not after sending to be more precise).
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- If the goods are not returned or proof of return is not provided, we may withhold the refund until the goods are confirmed to be received from your part.
